Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping in Canada, excluding PEI, Yukon, NWT, NT, and continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders less than $50 have a shipping charge of $12.99. For orders $50 and over, free shipping applies. All orders are shipped via Purolator. Ecologieliving.ca ships to Canada only. For US customers, please order from ecologieliving.com. 

Orders are typically delivered in 10-15 business days, depending on your location. Please note COVID-19 challenges may delay this.

Returns Policy

If you no longer want to keep your unused item(s):

If you would like to return your item(s), you have 14 days from the purchase date to start a return. Returned items must be in perfect and unused condition. Please note a $12.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

To start a return, please email us at info@ecologieliving.ca and note your order number.

If you did not receive your order or you received incorrect items, please email us at info@ecologieliving.ca quoting your order number.
